Return and Refund Policy

Refund policy

Return and refund of the product depends completely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue which we cannot solve. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.

 

If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at support@goovis.net and we will suggest you solutions. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product. You can email us and we can provide you with the UPS return label for you to arrange a pickup.

 

Don’t like the product and want to return it.

According to our warranty policy, if it is not related to product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to request it within 7 days upon product/parcel arrival, and the customer needs to pay the return shipping cost and processing fee USD $100. Once we received the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (we will not cover the shipping cost from and to GOOVIS warehouse).  You can email us at support@goovis.net and we can provide you with the address to our warehouse where you can return the product.

  

Received wrong model/version

If you find that the product layout or version you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and tracking number written/printed on paper.  Email this to us at support@goovis.net within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you.

  

Order cancellations

If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 5 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Policy

     
    Please contact us through email or Facebook Messenger before return.
    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned to you at your cost:
    Product purchased from GOOVIS Official Site or Shop
    Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted with valid return reason within Three (3) calendar days from the delivery date. And we will charge a restock fee from USD$100.

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1.All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by GOOVIS Shop
    2.Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, GOOVIS Shop will refund the amount of sale.
    3.All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
    4.Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
    5.Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by GOOVIS Shop.
    6.Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
    7.Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. GOOVIS Shop will refund back to your method of payment.

    If the issue still cannot be solved, please contact our support team by support channel to facilitate an RMA (Return Material Authorization) code for further maintenance.
